She/Her/Hers

Lila views therapy as a transformative space for self-discovery, healing, and growth. It serves as a place to gain deeper insight into yourself, process past and present experiences, and reconnect with what feels most meaningful in your life. She is passionate about walking alongside you with warmth and compassion, creating a safe space where your thoughts and feelings can be explored at your own pace.

Lila primarily works with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma and attachment wounds, struggle with anxiety, or are working to build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. She honors the resourcefulness behind strategies developed to navigate challenges, while supporting new possibilities for growth and new ways of being.

Her approach is culturally sensitive and evidence-based, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. Lila values genuine connection, openness, and collaboration in the therapeutic space and tailors her approach to fit your specific needs and preferences. By blending person-centered therapy, parts work, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy, she aims to create a space that is both flexible and empowering. Lila’s goal is to support you in reconnecting with the different parts of your experience to gently explore and integrate all the pieces of your story.

Lila is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) who received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Professional Counseling at Loyola University and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Salisbury University.
