Lindsay Harvey,LCPC

Lindsay deeply believes in the power of connection and values the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for lasting growth and resilience. She is dedicated to supporting individuals navigating life’s current stressors and transitions, as well as those who have experienced a range of challenges such as attachment and relational concerns across various stages of life, domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood abuse, and individuals with diagnostic histories of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Dissociative Disorders, Depression and Anxiety. As an avid reader, writer, musician, and out-the-lines color-er herself, Lindsay often incorporates expressive and creative forms of therapy and guided imagery in addition to cognitive approaches to help you recover, heal, and grow.

At the core of Lindsay’s strength-based approach is a Humanistic, Person-Centered, and Trauma-Informed framework. She integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual’s needs, including cognitive, expressive, and somatic forms of treatment including but not limited to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parts work approaches, the use of expressive arts, and Brainspotting.​

Lindsay is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University. She completed her Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology with a counseling track from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Lindsay has received extensive training in trauma-informed care and has earned an Advanced Trauma Treatment Certification from The Ferentz Institute.
