Who We Are

Evolve Therapy is a growing group practice in Hunt Valley, Maryland, built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, seen, and understood. Our clinicians partner with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges—using an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual.

Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, LCMFT)

We're looking for a fully licensed clinician to join our team and carry a caseload of individual adult and/or adolescent clients. You'll have the freedom to work from your areas of expertise while being supported by a collaborative, growth-oriented practice.

Active Maryland license (LCPC, LCSW, or LCMFT) required
Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, or attachment-related concerns preferred
Integrative, evidence-based approach to treatment
Hybrid schedule: telehealth and in-person sessions at our Hunt Valley office
Flexible W-2 or 1099 arrangement available

Pre-Licensed Therapist (LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT)

If you're working toward full licensure and looking for a supportive environment to grow, we'd love to hear from you. You'll receive clinical supervision, peer consultation, and the mentorship you need to develop confidence in your practice.

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy required
Active LGPC, LMSW, or LGMFT in Maryland required
Passion for working with clients navigating trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges
Clinical supervision provided toward licensure
Hybrid schedule with flexibility
